Synopsis
National Geographic explorer, photographer and 8th-generation Floridian Carlton Ward Jr. guides audiences into the deep Everglades and other habitats that nurture the Florida Panther, our state animal but also the last of the big cat breeds that survives on the East Coast. Director Eric Bendick follows Ward and a team of cowboys, biologists and videographers into the state’s ever-more-fragile wild in search of these magnificent beasts.
