What is the refund and exchange policy?

Refunds

All ticket and pass sales are final — the festival is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and every dollar is committed to programming well before opening night.

If a screening is cancelled outright (weather, print failure, or a venue issue), that ticket is refunded in full or exchanged for another screening of your choice, subject to availability.

Passes are transferable: if you can't make it, email info@keywestff.com before Nov 11, 2026 and we'll reissue the pass in someone else's name at no charge.
